The Four Cornerstones

A brochure for new hires that explains a university's framework for success, "The Four Cornerstones: Mission, Values, Vision & Planning, and Accountability for Execution"

August 2014


This print piece was requested by the university's president. His goal was to provide a quick reference guide to help new employees understand the institution's model and process for strategic planning. Based on the school's mission, values, and vision, the handout explained the expectation for all faculty and staff members to embrace and support this roadmap to success.


I worked closely with a graphic designer to write copy and select images appropriate for the brochure's waterfall design (each page a different size) which required striking a balance between the essential messages within the confines of the physical design.
